Join us for a two-hour, practical discussion designed for general building contractors and subcontractors, focused on key contracting documents required in California and Nevada, including recent changes in the law, specifically focusing on the changes to California construction law effective January 1, 2026. Construction law attorney Craig Weaver with Fennemore Law will explain how to use contracts to clearly define the obligations of contractors, subcontractors, and owners, highlight essential contracting terms every contractor should know, and address common misunderstandings that often lead to costly disputes.
