Projects must have been completed in 2023 or 2024. A panel of independent judges will review all nominated projects. Profiles of project category winners will be included in the CATT 2025-2026 Building & Remodeling Guide, in social and local media, marketing content and project award winners will be displayed in the CATT office for the 2025 calendar year.

Winners will be announced at the CATT Holiday Party on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Deadline for Nominations is Friday, October 11th at 5:00 PM. 

All Project nominations must provide the following information. Please submit responses on a separate document and send them to info@ca-tt.com. The judges will evaluate projects based on this information as well as the criteria included below.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL REMODEL: Suitable to Setting, Efficient Floor Plan, Challenges Overcome, Use of Technology, Divine Detail, Local Materials, Integration with Existing Building
