
Sponsored by Mountain Hardware & Sports, Truckee Rents, and Simpson Strong-Tie, the 2023 CATT Annual Awards are designed to recognize superior performance by CATT member companies. Projects must have been completed in 2022 or 2023. A panel of independent judges will review all nominated projects. Profiles of project category winners will be included in the CATT 2024-2025 Building & Remodeling Guide, in social and local media, marketing content and project award winners will be displayed in the CATT office for the 2024 calendar year.
Deadline for Nominations is Friday, September 29th at 5:00 PM.
All Project nominations must provide the following information. The judges will evaluate projects based on this information as well as criteria included below.
- Year Completed (2022-2023 only)
- Location (Truckee Tahoe region and 60-mile radius)
- Size (Sq Ft)
- Price per Sq Ft
- Setting and Environment
- Inspiration
- Materials Used
- Special Details (100 words max)
- Written Description (100 words max)
- Signed Photo Permission Form**

- 20 color photos (300 dpi or higher), digital format
- Floor Plans as 8-1/2” x 11” pdf
- Please do not submit roof elevations, landscaping plans, or other types of plans

- 15 “before” color photos (300 dpi or higher), digital format
- 15 “after” color photos (300 dpi or higher), digital format
- “Before” Floor Plans as 8-1/2” x 11” pdf and “after” Floor Plans as 8-1/2” x 11” pdf, side-by-side photos required
- Please do not submit roof elevations, landscaping plans, or other types of plans
