Contract Law for Members Seminar - Zephyr Cove

Wednesday, February 8th 3:30-5:30 p.m. in Zephyr Cover at MOBO LAW, LLP -   Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. This Free Contracting Seminar is presented by CATT Member MOBO LAW, LLP Attorneys Rich Molsby and Craig Weaver who will lead a two-hour discussion for general building contractors and subcontractors that focuses on the contracting documents required by California and Nevada Law. Craig and Rich will explain how to use contracts to clarify the obligations of contractors, subcontractors, and owners. They will also explain key contracting terms that contractors need to know and will identify misunderstandings and ambiguities that often lead to costly lawsuits. Each seminar is limited to ten (10) attendees to allow for adequate time for questions. This Contracting Seminar is FREE to CATT members.
