Just a reminder that the Town of Truckee, inline with their General Plan, has adopted new Objective Design Standards. The standards can be found here: TOT Objective Design Standards. This year we have seen the adoption of several plans, ordinances and codes, all affecting the construction industry. We are watching and engaging every step of the way. I can't emphasize enough the need for your expertise on our Government Affairs Committee that engages with and provides advice to me, the town council and town staff. Your involvement is critical to our success. YOU are an expert in what you do and YOU can make a difference.

As a CATT member for many years my goal is to earn CATT members business through exceptional service, that is backed with integrity, honesty, and accountability.
With the UAW strike, we have not heard from General Motors on how it’s going to impact production. Being in negotiation, they are very tightlipped on what the potential outcome might be.
With that being said the supply chain might be strained and vehicle production might be limited. I can’t validate that but wanted to keep fellow CATT members informed.
If CATT members are in need of a vehicle in the next couple months or need vehicles to take advantage of section 179, I would highly recommend to consider purchasing them now Corwin GMC, Isuzu Commercial Truck, Buick Cadillac is community driven, and have been in business for over 100 years.
